Burglary Charges Against Danville Man to be Considered by Grand Jury
A grand jury will consider burglary charges against a Danville man who pulled a shotgun on residents of a Kemper Road home. 35-year-old Gary Robinson is charged with armed burglary and being a nonviolent felon in possession of a firearm in connection with the December 16 incident. The victim knew Robinson and said the man became violent and pulled a shotgun from a bag and stuck it in his face, pulling the trigger. The gun wasn’t loaded and the two fought before Robinson fled the scene. He was arrested the following day by Danville Police.
